Santa Rosa and Healdsburg classes: Below is a form you can fill out to register for classes in Santa Rosa and Healdsburg.

Windsor classes: To register for a Windsor class, you must call the Town of Windsor at 838-1260. The form below is not for the Windsor classes!

Windsor Tuition: The tuition for the Windsor classes is paid in two parts. You will pay the Town of Windsor $112 (for first child; $100 for sibling) when you first sign up, then the remainder will be due the first day of class! The remainder amounts vary depending on whether you are a new or retuning family. When you pay your two parts, this makes the tuition the exact same as Santa Rosa and Healdsburg classes.

Registration Information:

If a class you want is full, you may still choose it as your first choice, but give a second choice, too. We'll contact you right away if your preferred spot opens up.

TUITION, FEES, AND SIBLING DISCOUNT:
First child tuition: $ 152.00 (for 10 weeks)
Sibling tuition: $ 100.00*
Registration fee: $ 12.00 (for first-time families only)

*(Siblings age birth up to eight months free; Please note: if you are paying online and have a second child UNDER EIGHT MONTHS you wish to bring, don't register the baby "officially", or you'll be automatically charged the sibling fee. Instead, tell me the baby's name and birthdate in the "comments" box.)

Tuition includes 2 CDs (one for home, one for the car!), a songbook, and activity suggestions for parents. First-time families also receive a copy of "Music and Your Child", an informative and insightful parent education guidebook based on extensive and detailed research.

PAYMENT OPTION:

You can register and pay now with your credit card. Since it so close to the start of the session, we no longer have the "pay later" option running.

REFUND/CREDIT POLICY:

FOR SANTA ROSA AND HEALDSBURG CLASSES:
Full payment is due within five(5) days of sending this registration form, including a registration fee of $12.00 per new family, which is non-refundable. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued if you drop out of class prior to five days before the first class meeting. If you drop out any time after 5 days before the first class meeting, a refund will be issued, minus a cancellation fee of $20.00 as well as $11.00 for each week into the session at the time of cancellation, up to the second week. After the second class, there will be no refund, but credit toward a future session will be issued, in exceptional circumstances only. In this case, a credit certificate will be given that may be used by you or another family for a future session. It is valid for one year from the date of issue. A national curriculum fee of $40.00 is included in your tuition. It cannot be refunded if materials are opened.

FOR WINDSOR CLASSES:
Since registration is through the Town of Windsor, we follow their refund policy, which is that if you must withdraw from class, you will be offered credit toward a future class with the Town of Windsor.

Note: Class size is limited to 12 students. Registration and class assignments are made upon receipt of tuition and in the order received.

MAKE UP POLICY:
Two make-ups are allowed on a space-available basis.
